An email notification will be provided the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Confirmation emails arrive within 2 business days of your order being placed. If Your Order Can't Be Shipped
If your order cannot be shipped for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Notification of canceled orders will arrive to the customer email on file, or by phone if an email address is unavailable.
If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to incorrect pricing information or typographical error, Tamsy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Tamsy will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.

Where's My Order?

At the discretion of Tamsy, some orders may be termed large orders. Any individual order that cannot fit into a single package is a large order. Large orders will be shipped in multiple packages. Large orders receive a single tracking number from Tamsy. The carrier may generate additional tracking information. Every shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. Enter this tracking number into the carrier’s website for tracking results.

Log in to your account and visit your Order History. Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will appear and you may click on the tracking number to be taken to a tracking webpage.
For guest users
Every order confirmation email includes an order number.
- Go to www.tamsy.com and click “Track my Order” at the bottom of the webpage. This link will only show if not logged in to a Tamsy account.
- Enter the order number in the provided box and click the “Search” button. Your tracking number will then be provided.
- Enter this tracking number into the carrier’s website listed above.
Text Message Tracking
You can track your United States Postal Service (USPS) packages quickly via text messaging. Text your tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email to 28777 from your mobile phone. Tracking updates are available 48 hours after your package has shipped. Message and data rates may apply. Service is available for USPS shipments only.
